Calendar Next Meet is a Chrome extension that shows your current or next event from Google Calendar and lets you open its video-conference link. This policy explains how the extension accesses and handles that information.

With your permission, Calendar Next Meet reads events from your primary Google Calendar in read-only mode. To display your current or next meeting and its details, it may access the event title, start and end times, location, description, video-conference link, organizer information, and attendee information such as display names, email addresses, and response statuses when available.

Calendar Next Meet never creates, edits, or deletes calendar events. It never sends invitations, changes guests, modifies reminders, or makes changes to your Google Calendar.

Calendar data received from Google Calendar is processed locally by the extension to render the popup and meeting details. Calendar Next Meet does not transmit your calendar data to the developer’s servers, does not operate a backend database for it, and does not sell, share, profile, or use it for advertising. No analytics or tracking tools are currently used.

Calendar Next Meet uses information received from Google APIs only to provide its visible, user-facing features. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the extension’s access to Google Calendar at any time from your Google Account permissions page: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services. Uninstalling the extension stops it from running, but revoking access from your Google Account removes the authorization.

Calendar Next Meet is a productivity tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children.
